At AJCasey Companies, Development is what we do. We specialize in the process of helping people and organizations become stronger, larger, more successful and well-supported.  

We believe that people are the greatest asset in any organization or undertaking.  So,  we design strategies and solutions that empower people while strengthening organizations. A.J. is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and a Certified LifeSuccess Consultant (LSC). She works with leaders in all disciplines to raise money, set goals and achieve phenomenal results.

A member of the National Speakers Association, A.J. is also an internationally recognized speaker and facilitator. Her  signature workshop series,  Make Ya Wanna STOMP! , is in high demand among audiences throughout the U.S. and Canada.    She is a former board member of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and a current board member of the Ohio Chapter of National Speakers Association (NSA).  A.J. is also a former faculty member of the international Consultants Academy, and conducted training for fundraising consultants from around the globe.
